Application and Demonstration Scenario Discussion Forum:

Congratulations!

You are onto the final component of the Healthcare Leadership Certificate Program!

To complete the certification, you will craft solutions to three case studies through the application of course principles.

Discussion Forum Instructions:

Read each case study that pertains to a specific portion of the Healthcare Leadership Certification content then post at least one response comment to the question asked within each respective scenario.

Your initial response should not be less than 4 sentences and aim to apply the content learned from that section of coursework and how its application can be demonstrated in your response.

After posting your initial response to the content, please also post a reply comment in response to another participant for each case to engage in thought-provoking follow-up or dialogue to their response. You will post a minimum of 3 responses and 3 replies, one per case. Your response should be no less than 2 sentences that has engaging thought and rhetoric while avoiding the simple response of “I agree” or “I disagree”.

You are free to engage in dialogue or further discussion as well within each of the course cases, but the above minimum must be satisfied in order to complete the Healthcare Leadership Certificate Program and receive the 17 contact hours. As professionals, please be mindful of your rhetoric, lexicon, grammar, and overall tone in your responses, even those that may challenge specific thoughts and opinions.

Once submitted, comments are reviewed before approval and will not be immediately viewable by others. Proctor responses and follow-up will also be a part of this course section to monitor responses and gauge participant engagement. While you may comment and respond to the proctor (especially in response to a direct question), it is much preferred that participants interact virtually with one another to further stimulate discussion and learning amongst themselves.
